the length was perfect, in a crazy busy world, its totally doable.

If this is sounding familiar then these audios are for you. They parachute you into all the good kissy touchy lovey stuff you might have been missing for a while. 30 minutes of intimate connection with your partner, which can standalone, or may as someone told us, act as 'perfect foreplay'.

Audio 1 - ‘Remembering’

Remembering is a lovely one to start with. It's a very soft introduction to the format, to get you used to the weirdness of Lucy being in the bedroom with you telling you what to do!

No genital touch. Just talking, connecting and kissing.

 Audio 2 - 'Rediscovering Pleasure (1)'

Rediscovering Pleasure is a great one for shaking up a tired sex script and tuning into the touch you like to give and receive.

In Rediscovering Pleasure we offer each other touch playing a wonderful game, established by Betty Martin, called The 3 Minute Game.

 

It is designed for two people, who are referred to as 'person with the longest hair' and 'person with the shortest hair' throughout

 

*it is good to get this one and Rediscovering Pleasure (2) as then you will both get opportunity to give and receive touch equally.

Audio 3 - ‘Rediscovering Pleasure (2)’

This continues the 3 Minute Game from Audio 2 ('Rediscovering Pleasure (1)') so it's a great one to do after that, but it can also work as a standalone session too.

This is great for shaking up a tired sex script and tuning into the touch you like to give and receive.

About the Audios

These audios are basically scripts which will hopefully lead you to connect in an intimate, sensual and sexual way with your partner. We don’t give instructions for penetrative sex, although it may well be that after one or some of the sessions this feels like a natural way for you to develop your time together. However, we hope that even if you just follow the instructions on the audio you will feel increased levels of intimacy and sexual connection with your partner.

 

 

  • We have designed the sessions to be done in your bedroom, and during the time you will either be sitting facing each other, lying down or sometimes standing up. 

  • We recommend wearing a dressing gown or robe with either underwear or nothing on beneath.

 

 

Things you might need 

 

  • Candles, to create a nice softly lit space to come together

  • You might want to play the audios on a laptop rather than a phone for volume purposes, or perhaps use a speaker to make sure you can hear the instructions.

 

 

Each of the audios follows a similar format with

 

  1. Some moments of meditation with your eyes closed for you to come into yourself  - at this time of lockdown, so many of our usual outlets where we gather and find ourselves have been taken from us so between pressures from work/bosses/employees/children you might not have had a moment to yourself all day. Therefore, before we connect with the other person we take some moments to connect with ourselves.

  2. Some breathing and eye gazing exercises to connect you to your partner

  3. A short verbal sharing exercise -  to activate heart connection and connect us to the bigger picture love we have for each other

  4. Exercise/s where you will be sharing touch.
